Sometimes we prioritize those projects that give us revenue in the shortest amount of time. But do we really need to do that?
Yes, we know the cash flow is important. But we don’t really need to focus all our resources on those projects. Sometimes, what is really worth it takes a little more time.
This is why we need to invest a percentage of our resources in R&D because even though we know it takes a little longer, we also know it’s completely worth it.
